Description of items
? All measurements given are an approximation as no true standardisations of sizes currently exist I give these as a guide only. In all cases I advise that you check the measurements given and if you require more details then let me know. It is your responsibility to do this and I will not accept returns as a result of this.
Remember you can buy a size 12 from 2 different high street shops and the measurements will be completely different the same applies her. The table below is a rough guideline of which measurements correlate with UK dress sizes. Remember that the measurements look at the size of the actual garment i.e. kameez laid flat and measured with a chest size of 35 36 indicates it is a size 12.
? All defects are noted in the listing however as a lot of the garments are extensively embellished with beadwork / sequins etc you may find that the odd couple have come away unless it is very noticeable it will not be detailed in the listing.
? I try and describe my items as accurately as possible but sometimes it can be difficult to visualise which is why there are always additional photos on my website these will give you a better idea of what the garments look like click here for more pictures or alternatively visit my website which is www.i-clothes.co.uk
Payment
? Payment should be made within 7 days of the auction ending. I accept paypal, postal orders and cheques. Cheques are banked on the first available Saturday after receipt and take 4 5 working days to clear so you may need to wait 2 weeks before despatch.
? Should there be any reason you cannot make payment within seven days contact me Im sure we will be able to sort something out if you get in touch.
? If you have no intention of paying for the goods do not bid - If no payment is received I will open a dispute with eBay, relist the item and will leave negative feedback.
Postage & packing
? My postage and packing charges are reasonable I include a small charge per item for the packaging and my time. Do not use the feedback forum to complain about postage charges as these are clearly indicated on the listing - If you have an issue with these costs dont bid.
? If reasonable I will offer postage discount if less than five items are bought.
? I will post out 1 3 working days (Mon-Fri) after payment is received. In most cases it is one day should you need something in a hurry let me know and I will try and get it out to you ASAP.
? Overseas buyers please contact me for postage costs prior to bidding.
? I ALWAYS obtain proof of posting for all items I post if you have paid then take it for granted that I have posted it.
? Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for the actions of the Post office parcels do go astray from time to time should this happen I will gladly provide you with all the details you need to make a claim remember that the post office do not regard a parcel lost unless it is at least 15 working days since date of despatch that said it can take 4 6 weeks for a refund from them.
? Postage options are:
? Standard post will provide proof that item has been posted but no insurance 1st and 2nd class.
? Recorded delivery is first or second class and will provide proof that the item has been sent, received but will cost an additional £0.70 which will provide compensation up to £32 if lost/damaged/stolen.
? Parcel post will provide proof that the item has been posted and offers standard compensation up to £32 an additional £1 will provide compensation up to £100 note that delivery time is 3 5 working days.

This offer only applies to items despatched by parcel post and this can take 3 5 days for delivery. If you need it in a hurry please pay for the item separately and choose the recorded delivery option. This offer will apply to all items bought over a 14 day period let me know in advance that you wish to partake in this and I will not send you an invoice until you request it.
Feedback
? Feedback will be left once I hear from you that you have received the item and are satisfied if you have an issue with an item you have bought contact me before leaving feedback as I will always try and resolve this amicably.
? Should you have a feedback of zero please DO NOT bid unless you have contacted me any zero feedback bidders who have not made contact will have their bids removed. I apologise in advance to genuine bidders but I have to do this due to the increasing number of zero feedback non-paying bidders.
Other
? All items are cleaned prior to despatch unless otherwise stated in the listing.
? Ask all questions prior to bidding - once the auction ends the sale is final.
? I will always endeavour to respond to messages promptly however I do have other commitments.
? I do not offer viewing of the items and collection is only if the listing states this do not presume you can collect items and avoid postage costs.
